REQVERA Assistant.
When live AI mode is enabled, a question you submit is sent through the REQVERA website service to Cloudflare Workers AI so the Assistant can generate a response.
Tender text, buyer-confidential information, evidence, response drafts or other controlled project content.
For contextual follow-up questions, a bounded set of recent messages from the open Assistant may be resent transiently with the next request. The site still does not intentionally persist that history in browser storage or an application database.
The current website package contains no advertising pixel or third-party analytics integration. Limited first-party launch measurement is described below; infrastructure-level request handling remains separate.
The Assistant may use transient page context (for example whether the proof film or pricing section has been viewed) to choose a more relevant next step. REQVERA records only coarse interaction outcomes for first-party launch measurement; the submitted question text and Assistant answer are not written to the public measurement table.

This launch package records limited first-party events such as page, proof-video, pricing and CTA activity in REQVERA’s Cloudflare D1 database. It does not write an advertising cookie or a persistent browser identifier; the page-load session identifier remains in memory, and Do Not Track is respected. The application dataset does not store IP addresses or user-agent strings. Public founding-access, contact and support intake forms are not enabled in this release; public contact routes through [email protected]. Do not submit tender, evidence or buyer-confidential content. You can request deletion through [email protected]. For country-aware price display, Cloudflare may provide the request country code to the Worker. REQVERA uses that value transiently to select a local currency equivalent; the site does not request browser geolocation and does not intentionally persist the country code as a user profile.
The active retention target for raw first-party launch-measurement events is 90 days from receipt; expired public-measurement rows are automatically purged by the site retention maintenance as the measurement plane runs. Rate limiting stores only salted SHA-256 hashes derived from request IP addresses — never raw IP addresses — in short-lived quota buckets: minute buckets expire within 2 hours and daily buckets within 72 hours, and expired quota rows are purged by the same maintenance. Public measurement does not retain the Cloudflare country code or a persistent visitor identifier. Commercial transaction evidence, if Store sales become active, is handled separately from public website measurement and may follow accounting, legal or dispute-resolution retention requirements.

For limited business-to-business outreach, REQVERA may use professional contact details and business context that are publicly available on company websites, procurement notices, professional directories or similar business sources. This can include a business email address, name, role, organisation, public procurement signal and the source URL. We use this information only to assess business relevance, send a limited REQVERA business communication and maintain suppression records when someone objects.
Where UK data protection law applies and the contact is identifiable, our intended lawful basis is legitimate interests, subject to the required balancing assessment. We do not treat a public email address as consent. You can object to direct marketing at any time by replying “no” or emailing [email protected]. We stop marketing use and may retain only the minimum suppression record needed to respect that objection. We do not sell this prospecting data.
